AZMEB’s Road Train Dolly is produced specifically to work in combination with our leading side tipper trailers. Dollies used in combination with side tippers need to be engineered to manage the specific forces produced, which are different from flat top or end-tipper trailers.
AZMEB Dollies use a high tensile steel (800MPa) chassis, with draw bars manufactured from C450 grade RHS. The end result is a low tare dolly, specifically designed to work in partnership with AZMEB side tippers.
Average tare weights for AZMEB dollies are 2.4 tonne (tandem axle) and 4 tonnes (tri axle). These tare weights can vary dependant on specification.
